You have 30 days after delivery to return an item. Return shipping is free.

How to return an item

1. Sign in to Your account and open the order.
2. Tap Return items, choose what you're sending back and tell us why.
3. You'll get a QR code right away. Pack the items in any box or bag.
4. Take the package to any Post Office and show the QR code at the counter. They print the label and attach it. No printer needed and nothing to pay.

You can see your QR code again at any time in Your account, and follow your return there until it's refunded.

Damaged or wrong item

Choose "Damaged or defective" or "Wrong item" when you start the return. If you'd rather talk to us first, open the chat.

Refunds

As soon as tracking shows your return delivered back to us, the refund for the items and their sales tax goes to your original payment method automatically. You can follow it in Your account.
