This variety of pepper will product large fruits 6 in. to 7 in. long and have a mild to medium hot flavor. The tapered fruits have thick flesh and mature from a deep green color to a brilliant red. This variety is a high yielding and very popular for drying. A southwestern-style Anaheim pepper that can be harvested green for stuffing, grilling, roasting or processing.
