The Square Industrial Surface Cover is used to close a 4 in. square junction box or attach devices in a surface mount industrial or commercial setting. This universal cover allows for use of round devices with the ability to cover 1.72" diameter, 1.406" diameter, and 1.59" Diameter devices with one cover. The crushed corner design allows for use of standard box cover screws. Device mounting hardware is conveniently included. Additionally, this cover is UL and RoHS compliant.
