Our Red and White Kale mix is tender, colorful specialty for salad mix and bunching. Stems are purple, leaves are deep gray-green, purple-veined, flat, non-curled and tooth-edged. The plants mature to medium-tall and leaves are tender compared to other type of Kale's. This kale can be grown as a spring and early fall crop.
