The Pennington Cedar Tray Bird Feeder and Bird Bath is a multi-functional platform style hanging bird feeder and bird bath. This feeder comes with 2 chains to hang the cedar tray bird feeder and the plastic tray as a birdbath separately. Pennington Cedar Tray Bird Feeder and Bird Bath Feeder is skillfully made by the Amish and is constructed from durable Eastern Red Cedar, nature's renewable resource, that is naturally resistant to weather, providing additional functionality to your bird feeder. The perforated tray allows air to flow to keep seed fresh and dry. It is an affordable way to attract wild birds to your outdoor space by providing water. Birds naturally seek out spaces that provide water. Providing a water source can also attract bird species who wouldn't normally visit feeders for seed, including fruit eaters like Robins. Water is essential for birds for drinking and preening. Water helps keep a bird's body cool both inside and outside. Water baths remove specks of dust, loose feathers, parasites and other debris. Pennington Cedar Tray Bird Feeder holds up to 4 lbs. of various seed types such as mixed seed, Sunflower seed, seed blends and it is the perfect feeder to feed mealworms as well. Pennington Cedar Wild Bird Feeders offer a superior level of quality ensuring our bird feeders will be beautiful and functional for years to come.
